We do not accept returns or exchanges for miscolor reads, natural wear, and tear, stains, pulling dogs, etc.
Refunds are only offered within seven days of product receipt and when the product has proven to have faulty hardware or construction using photo or video evidence.
We make every effort to describe colors as they appear in real life as we understand some colors are skewed a bit in photographs based on settings on your device. Please make sure that you are reading the descriptions to understand the appearance of color.
We are a single-creator shop; all products produced are handmade and may vary slightly from one to the next as they are not mass-produced by machinery.
I have the right to refuse service to anyone, regardless of whether they have already paid for the product. I also have the right to refund and not accept the sale.
There will be no upgrades to premade items allowed unless previously discussed and you can provide screen shots of discussion.
I am happy to repost on Instagram if you would like to sell the item you have purchased. However, I do not allow my gear to be flipped for profit, and if I find out you are attempting to sell anything from my shop for a profit, you will be banned from further purchases.
